My name is Jessica, I'm a seamstress that operates in and around Marietta, Ohio. I have been sewing professionally since about 2007. I do just about every type of alteration or repair you can think of. From sewing on a couple buttons, hemming curtains, to tailoring suits and dresses for a better fit, as well as custom embroidery work. Drop off and Pick ups can be done Mon-Fri 9:30-2:15. You do not need to schedule a specific time for drop off. If a fitting is needed just call and we will schedule an appointment. I know these hours may not work for everyone, so I'm happy to arrange a time outside those hours if you check ahead. I schedule fittings to be done between 4:30 and 6pm during the week or between 2 and 6 on weekends.
Adjusting dress, skirt, pants, and jean hems.
Shorter or longer, there are numerous hem options from which to choose.
Please note that on Gown alterations it is best to get a fitting done well ahead of the time the garment is needed to leave time for any small adjusments that may need to be made.
Jacket alterations, including adjusting sleeve length and taking in sides for a better fit.
Waist alterations, such as taking in or letting out waists on skirt and pants.
Coat repairs and alterations.
Replace missing buttons and broken zippers.
Adjust sleeve length or waist size.
Other pants alterations, including tapering, zipper, and button replacement.
Did your zipper break? Don't throw away those pants just yet, I can replace the zipper or slider good as new!
Mend rips and tears as well as apply patches.
Curtain Alterations
If you find curtains you love but the length just isn't right I can help you get them to a length you're happy with. If you're not sure how much length you need off you can e mail me and I'll send you a measurement guide to help.
Custom Products
Recently available custom items include Tee Shirts, Tie Dyes, Tote bags, smaller cosmetic bags, as well as a variety of vinyl decals. Custom orders are available upon request.

Curtains $1.75 per ft.
*Wedding/Formal Gowns are typically priced in person. There are so many different variations of gowns, each is more or less complicated than the other. I can only give an estimate without seeing the dress, going by your description.
